The staff, especially Veli, were super cute and friendly. The location near Taksim Square made exploring easy. Just wish the WiFi was a bit better for video calls!

The breakfast was enjoyable, there was a great selection of food to chose from. Loved our rooms in good condition. The hotel was in the super central setting down hill to the tram station;)))

Incredible and particularly good location in Istanbul, so close to Istiklal Street in Takseem as well as taksim square / metro. Located in a quiet street. Very comfy bed in the bungalow, plus a balcony, a terrace, and a kettle.

The hotel sits in a nice and safe area with easy access to shopping locations. Despite some challenges, it has charm that could was nice.

The steep hill leading from Taksim Square poses a challenge for anyone with knee issues or special needs. First-floor rooms suffer from significant road noise. The lack of microwave ovens and limited in-house dining options can be a hassle, especially since food delivery doesn't seem to operate here well.

super-friendly staff, excellent services, and incredible location very close to statue as well as food outlets. big size room with very comfy bed, terrace and many windows. very very good breakfast with juices and even hot food and sweets, cute views. very nice overall experience.

Staff are friendly, helpful and try their best to provide assistance when needed. Location is good, very short walk to Taksim square , but it is perfectly quiet for a good night sleep unlike other areas near Taksim where it is loud until dawn.

Although the booked room is spacious, renovation could help for better use of space and comfort. There was progressive improvement adding variety to breakfast, this should continue more.

The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful, especially the hotel Manager Deniz and his Secretary Elif. Very clean and upto standard designed hotel with good breakfast.

The location of the hotel causes a bit of trouble for light sleepers because the area around is filled with night clubs.

Very nice hotel, very close to the taksim square from which starts the most beautiful street of Istanbul, full of shops, locals and people. Still the hotel is quiet and you don't hear the noise from the busy streets. Very comfortable and clean room, really worth the price. The services at the hotel are very good: you also have a small gym and a sauna. Abundant breakfast till late :) The reception works 24/7. However, what I liked most was the hotel staff, extremely friendly and helpful. They really make you feel like home.

The breakfast was fine, if you can overlook the cats begging for food. The noise from outside was disgusting, especially with a group of men outside my window. A complimentary gesture for my trouble would've been nice, but i guess i'm just an ordinary guest here. If it weren't for the chaos, i might've given a higher rating!

Loved the spacious room, but the WiFi was pretty slow at night.
